Mimorada is an automated property valuation engine. It aimed to bring light into the Spain property crisis of 2009-2012 by offering independent housing valuations.
Mimorada was pioneer in making GIS-based valuations accesible to the general public, as well as implementing Big Data, web scraping and AI tools in the Spanish private property sector.
Mimorada was finalist at the VIII UPM StartUP Competition at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and it was incubated at the European Business and Innovation Centre of Asturias. On a further reencarnation, Mimorada was incorportared in Hong Kong in 2014 as a limited company, aiming to offer better quality valuations of residential property in Asia-Pacific.
Founded by Jorge Villamor Cantera and Paco GarcĂa Moro. Currently, Jorge carries his own professional practice as an architect and urban planner in Santander, Spain, and Paco is a scholar and lecturer based in Bangkok, Thailand.
